A Polish appeals court ordered; the Israeli agent facing charges linked to his involvement in the murder of a Hamas Commander in Dubai earlier this year to be handed over to Germany within 10 days.

Several European countries have been furious about this counterfeit, identities including Britain which expelled an Israeli diplomat in March.

The man was arrested by Polish border guards at the airport as he was trying to enter the country. German authorities detained him for allegedly helping to obtain a German passport used by one of the members of the hit team that killed the founder of the military arm of the Islamist Hamas movement Mahmoud al Mabhouh in Dubai.

Germany’s demand for Uri Brodsky the Israeli agent put Poland in a mortified situation given that Poland is a close ally to both Germany and Israel, who wanted him freed.

Dubai police have identified more than 30 suspects. The authorities in Dubai also expressed an interest in the man and was in contact with authorities of both Germany and Poland.

Israel has denied his involvement and said; there is no proof by the Dubai police that they are 995 sure that a member of the Israeli Intelligence agency was involved in this assassination.

Poland’s Prime Minister said in June; that they don’t want to have a problem with their relationship with Israel, but they stressed that European law left the court little option but to grant the expulsion.
