Verizon Wireless (VZ, VOD) CEO Lowell McAdam told the Wall Street Journal that the company is working with Google (GOOG) on a tablet computer.
“We’re looking at all the things Google has in its archives that we could put on a tablet to make it a great experience,” he said.
McAdam gave no details on pricing, timing, or manufacturing partners. Android? Chrome? We’ll have to wait and see.
TechCrunch wonders if the story suggests ongoing rumors of a Verizon distribution deal for the Apple iPhone are simply wrong.
