CARSON CITY, NV–(CRWENEWSWIRE -10/13/11) - Siga Resources Inc (OTC.BB:SGAE.OB) is pleased to announce that the evaluation of the concentrates produced from the bulk sampling program at Lucky Thirteen is in progress with some initial data reported.

Siga chose Western Testing in Abbotsford, BC to evaluate the commercial gravel specifications and for mineralogical evaluation of the bulk concentrate. Metsolve Inc of Langley, BC is evaluating the occurrence and amount of gold in several size fractions in the bulk concentrate, and has run gravity separation tests.

Initial results have been received from separation tests and gravel qualification. Testing has established that the bulk concentrate can be reduced by 50 percent in volume by gravity separation, and that much of the gold is in fine particles which will need additional treatment for complete recovery. The reduced concentrate is 30 to 35 percent magnetite. Leaching or magnetic separation are two methods of final recovery in consideration for the testing process.

We know that the gravels clearly and easily meet the standards for concrete gravel and other uses in the aggregates industry.

More than 50 concentrate samples are currently in process, with final results estimated at three weeks out. Further announcements will come as information is received.
